This mountain modern waterfront design was for a couple that wanted to get back to their roots in a forever home nestled within the natural surroundings of Sandpoint.
Positioned on the property to soak up the expansive views of Lake Pend Oreille, the interior design is all about clean modern lines. The design is fixed in the natural environment of the surrounding area. Raw textures and hues of the lake seamlessly blend lifestyle and comfort.
FINAL RESIDENCE
Perched on the highest residential slopes of Schweitzer Mountain, in the “Spires” this single-family residence was designed for entertaining.
