All sales are final.
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase and must meet the following requirements:
- Item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Includes all tags, hardware, protective materials, and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required
Store credit will be issued digitally or physically, does not expire, and is non-transferable.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom Orders (made-to-order or special-order items)
- Artwork
- Installed lighting or items showing signs of handling
- Opened bedding, pillows, textiles, and rugs
- Sale or discounted items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and proof of purchase for evaluation.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery
Our White Glove service ensures your pieces arrive safely and are handled with the utmost care.
- Delivery includes placement of items, unpacking, and debris removal
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for verifying that items will fit through entryways, staircases, and access points
- Missed delivery appointments may incur additional fees
- Items refused for size or aesthetic reasons follow our standard return policy (store credit only unless the item was custom)
All items must be inspected at the time of delivery, and any visible damage must be reported immediately.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in physical format.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Gift cards do not expire
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase

Purchases made prior to a promotion or markdown are not eligible for reimbursement or credit.
