The River Modern

Set along the Coeur d’Alene River, this minimalist residence
offered an unusually clean architectural foundation for a thoughtful
transformation. Rather than reinvent the home, our approach was one of
refinement—preserving its inherent simplicity while introducing a more
sophisticated and polished point of view.

A softened neutral palette, tailored furnishings and nuanced
material layers bring warmth and dimension to the structure’s disciplined
lines. The interiors feel edited rather than embellished, allowing the
architecture and river setting to remain central. The result is an evolution of
the home’s original character: quietly confident, contemporary and designed
with enduring clarity.
